See what your own records can prove about replies and follow-up.
We inspect the recent enquiry and quote records you choose to send, separate measured gaps from estimates, and return a written report and fix plan. All by email. No calls.
£149, one-off · comes straight off your first month if you join within 14 daysWhat £149 buys — and where this draft still has a gate.
One written Leak Audit by email, a follow-up template pack and a one-page leak-fix checklist. Findings are tied to the records or estimates they came from.
Fourteen days of observation, then the report. That is the promise on this page — not "instant", and not a same-week turnaround. The full window and what happens to a thin sample are set out further down. This local draft is still not wired to take payment.
The report says so instead of padding the result. You still receive the templates and checklist. No refund and no promised outcome are attached to this; that policy remains an owner decision.
Do not buy if you do not send written quotes, cannot share recent enquiry or quote records, want automation installed by the audit, or expect a promised amount of recovered revenue.
No testimonials are used as proof. The only proof available before traction is a method you can inspect: sources named, calculations shown, estimates labelled, and weak evidence downgraded rather than dressed up.
A report row should show its evidence, arithmetic and limit.
We do not have customer testimonials to use. A synthetic result is not a substitute for one. Until a full sample PDF passes independent arithmetic and provenance checks, this page shows the report structure without invented client results.
A verified report row contains:
What was actually inspected
The date range, channels, record count and evidence tier sit beside the finding. Answers, measured records and assumptions are never merged into one unnamed source.
What the records support
The report states the count or timing found in the supplied sample. If the records do not support a conclusion, the row says that instead.
Every money line must close
Inputs, formula, rounding direction and time unit are printed together. Components are not added unless they use the same monthly, annual or sample basis.
What the row does not prove
An estimate is labelled as an estimate. A quiet enquiry is not called lost revenue, and a proposed action is not presented as a promised result.
No business name, person, testimonial, client amount or typical-result claim appears in this specimen.
Sample report: format only. The specimen above shows the layout and labelling of the deliverable, not a result. A full sample with real engine output will be published here once it has passed an independent check.
We inspect the records you send and separate measured gaps from estimates.
We work through email enquiries, web-form records and the written quotes you choose to share. We count reply times, records with no reply and follow-up dates, then return a plain-English fix plan for findings the evidence can support.
No calls, ever. It all happens by email. You don't sit through a demo. We look at your real setup and write it up.
Today the audit covers email forwarding and web forms — not phone or social.A written diagnosis, its working and the next action for each supported finding.
The Leak Audit
Supported findings, ordered by evidence and practical priority. Each names its source, working, limitation and proposed fix. If the records show no material gap, the report says so.
Follow-up template pack
Done-for-you follow-up messages written for your trade — ready to send when a quote goes quiet. Included.
Leak-fix checklist
A single-page checklist you keep: the places quotes leak and how to close each one. Included.
No calls. Three steps.
You share how enquiries reach you
A short brief by email — which channels, how replies happen today. No call.
We read back, and watch forward
We count what your existing records can support, then observe the next fourteen days. Estimates are labelled and anything that could not be verified is written down as such.
You get the report + plan back
After the fourteen days of observation, your Leak Audit comes back by email — prioritised, with the fix for each finding, plus both bonuses, in writing, so you can read it in your own time.
What we need from you — and what it costs you in time.
The audit reads your own records. That is the whole reason it can tell you something a set of questions cannot — and it means it only works if you send some. Here is what to expect, before you decide rather than after.
A few weeks of enquiries
Your enquiry emails, forwarded on or exported — the ones that came in, and the replies that went back. Two to six weeks is plenty.
A couple of quotes
Two or three written prices exactly as you sent them, so we can see what a quote of yours actually looks like.
An invoice or job export
A spreadsheet out of whatever you invoice with, so the money side comes off your own books instead of a round number we picked.
Fourteen days of observation, then the report.
Nothing here is instant, and we would rather you knew that before you decide than after. The audit looks in two directions at once: at what your records already hold, and at what happens next.
The history in your mailbox, the log behind your website form, an export from wherever you keep customer records. These already exist, so there is nothing to wait for: they give the report its size on day one.
Fourteen days gives two of every weekday, which is the first point where a pattern can be told apart from one bad Tuesday. At the end of the fortnight you send one more export covering those two weeks, so the report also shows what happened while the clock was running — still nothing to install, still nobody in your accounts.
After fourteen days of observation. Payment sits at the start of that window and the report at the end of it — the observation delays the delivery, not the purchase.
We look for fourteen days and around thirty enquiries. If there are still fewer than about thirty after twenty-eight days, you get the report anyway — marked openly as a small sample, on the face of it, rather than written up as though the evidence were firmer than it is.
The audit price — and what happens if you later join.
£149 pays for the inspection, written report, template pack and checklist. It does not buy a promised leak, a promised amount of recovered revenue, or automation installation.
The £149 isn't a separate charge on top of the subscription — it's the first slice of it, paid early. Join EnqLayer within 14 days of your audit and that £149 comes straight off your first month. Take longer, or decide it's not for you, and the audit still stands on its own: £149, for the work done, nothing else owed.

Got it
This is a draft page — nothing was sent. Once the intake method is live, your brief will arrive by email.
The system produces the draft report; a human reads it before delivery.
Your report is put together by our own system: every figure worked out from the records you send, every sentence tied back to where it came from. We read it ourselves before it goes to you.
And if we look at your setup and find nothing worth fixing, the report will say so. You keep the templates and the checklist either way, and you will know your setup holds up. We would rather tell you that than pad it out.
The £149 audit sends no customer messages and installs no automation.
